Products & specifications

What the collection actually covers.

What sizes and thicknesses are available?

The standard format direction is 1600 × 3200 mm with 12 mm and 20 mm paths. The confirmed format and thickness for a specific design are shown on its product page and confirmed in writing per order.

Which finishes can I order?

Finishes shown on each product page come from the official SKU index — Polished, Matt or Soft where offered. Finish availability is confirmed per product and order.

Which thickness should I specify for my application?

Thickness follows the application, the substrate and the fabrication method rather than a website rule. Tell us the intended use — worktop, wall cladding, flooring or furniture — and the confirmed thickness is stated for that product and order.

Is what I see on the website live inventory?

No. Product pages describe designs, not live inventory. Sizes, thicknesses, finishes, packing, loading and commercial conditions are confirmed in writing for the selected product and order.

Will two orders of the same design look identical?

Surface character comes from production, so a design is a direction rather than a colour code. When a project needs a consistent look, say so before the quotation so that a single-batch reservation can be confirmed in writing.

Does the site publish certifications, test reports or warranty terms?

Not on the website. Documents, test reports and warranty terms depend on the product, the market and the application, so they are confirmed for the specific request instead of being published as general claims.

Can I review a full slab rather than a swatch?

Product pages show the complete design element rather than a cropped detail. Full-slab review and slab-level evidence are arranged per design, and availability is confirmed when you ask for a specific reference.

Samples

Test the material before you commit.

Can I request samples before ordering?

Yes. Choose the design directions, finish and application you want to evaluate, and SINTLIN will review sample availability, format, cost and delivery with you.

What does a sample confirm?

A sample confirms the surface itself — colour, finish and material character. Commercial facts such as price, availability and delivery are confirmed separately in writing.

How much do samples cost?

Sample size, cost, freight and timing are confirmed for each request. Nothing on the sample page represents real-time stock.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Dispatch and transit time are confirmed with the sample request, together with the courier and tracking reference. There is no fixed published sample lead time, because it depends on the design and the destination.

Can a sample be sent to my showroom or to my customer?

Yes — the delivery address is part of the request. Tell us whether the sample is for your own review, a showroom display or a customer decision, so the format and labelling suit that use.

Orders, pricing & shipping

Confirmed in writing, per order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Test, mixed-SKU and commercial order conditions depend on the selected products, packing profile and current supply. We confirm the workable structure for each inquiry.

How do I receive a formal quotation?

Send the selected products, specifications, quantity and destination. Confirmed commercial terms are issued in writing.

How long from order to shipment?

Preparation time depends on the product, order structure, packing and route. Production and ocean transit are stated separately, and neither is published as a standing lead time.

Which ports do you ship to?

Send the destination port or inland city. We will confirm whether a workable route and quotation can be provided for that destination.

How are slabs packaged?

Packing depends on the selected product, order, route, destination requirements and agreed quality controls. The confirmed method is stated in writing.

How many slabs fit in a container?

Loading depends on format, thickness, packing profile and container type. The slab count comes from the loading plan for the specific order, not from a general figure.

Which documents come with a shipment?

The document set is confirmed in the written order. If your customs broker or destination authority requires a specific document, name it before confirmation so it is included rather than added after arrival.

Which Incoterm and payment terms apply?

The Incoterm, price basis and payment terms are stated in the written quotation and order confirmation. They are not published as standing terms for the brand.

What if slabs arrive damaged?

Inspection, loading evidence, insurance, notification deadlines and the claim process are agreed before order confirmation, so an issue on arrival follows a defined route.

Partnership & brand

One brand, reviewed privately.

Do you offer OEM or private label?

No. SINTLIN sells only under its own brand through curated collections, samples and city-level partner development. OEM, private label and lowest-price sourcing are outside the SINTLIN path.

Is SINTLIN a factory?

No. SINTLIN is a brand and collection builder, not a factory. It builds collections, a sample path and partner development, and confirms specifications in writing for the selected product and order.

Do you publish your partners or dealers?

No. SINTLIN does not display partner names, logos, cities, maps or market counts. The absence of such a list is intentional and is not evidence of a missing network.

Can I buy a single slab, or supply SINTLIN as a fabricator?

SINTLIN works through collections and partner development rather than single-slab retail. Fabricators, stone yards, showrooms, distributors and importers can open a private inquiry with their market and current range.

Do you offer territory exclusivity?

Territory and channel terms are reviewed privately for each market and are only effective in a written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an exclusive right in a territory.

Who is behind SINTLIN?

SINTLIN is an independent global sintered-stone brand operated by Shanghai Herostone New Material Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China.

How quickly will I hear back?

Inquiries are reviewed in the order received. A request that names the product, quantity, destination and application can be answered with current facts; a general question can only receive a general reply.

Evidence & citation

What the site does and does not claim.

How do I know a product image is accurate?

Each product page is labelled as a complete design element, not as a photograph of an installed project. Application visuals are labelled as visualizations, and product images are checked against the design file before publication.

Why is there no project gallery, partner map or customer list?

SINTLIN does not publish customer projects, partner names, locations or market counts. The absence is a deliberate boundary, not a missing proof point — project evidence is shared privately where confidentiality allows.

How should SINTLIN be described in a report or article?

Attribute the brand and the operating company together: “SINTLIN, operated by Shanghai Herostone New Material Co., Ltd.” Treat specifications, certifications, stock levels and delivery times as subject to written confirmation rather than as published facts.

Still have a question?

Ask it with the product and destination in mind.

We answer with the current facts for your request, not general ranges.
